As a Website Manager, you'll be responsible for the take over the day-to-day management and further development of their website.


Responsibilities

  • Key point of contact for the website, responsible for its daytoday management, working alongside the Communications team to ensure design consistency and driving customer experience improvements.
  • Managing daily content updates, content demand, workflow, prioritisation and delivery.
  • Using Google Analytics to produce and report website statistics.
  • Ensuring compliance with statutory regulations and website accessibility requirements.
  • Troubleshooting and timely resolution of issues
  • Working with current contractor and internal stakeholders to improve the corporate part of the website, especially those pages directly related to staff recruitment.
  • Managing tender process and engagement of contractors for undertaking specific operational research on the website.
  • Working with the existing contractor and stakeholders to define an improved userfocused website structure, identifying and modifying existing content.
  • Directly implementing changes and/or developing tender contracts for specialists to implement changes to optimise website functionality and useability.
  • Providing direct support and selfservice training content for web editors.
  • Establishing a properlytailored reporting system for website data analytics.

Experience required
An experienced website specialist who is comfortable hitting the ground running and working independently.

Experience working with stakeholders and managing agencies; basic use of native HTML; practical experience of WordPress CMS; dashboard integration;search engine optimisation (SEO); Google Search Console; user interface (UI) research; user experience (UX) best practice; interpretation and reporting of website analytics.
