The Role:

Our client are looking for an
Occupational Health Manager to lead a great Occupational Health Team working at Gatwick Airport.

Responsibilities:

You will provide leadership and support to the clinical team, acting as clinical lead providing and supporting best practice in treatment and OH services. Whilst also managing your own clinical work.
You will work closely with site operations and multiple stakeholders, attending daily and weekly site operations meetings presenting clinical updates and working with the account manager to maintain budgets and stay within forecasts.
You will support the recruitment, selection, and induction & training of a multidisciplinary team, and will manage a small team of 1 Physiotherapist, 1 Occupational Health Advisor and 1 Occupational Health Technician.
You will be an experienced Occupational Health Advisor and ideally have some management experience.
