We're looking for someone to join our high performing and busy UK and Ireland team located at the MSC's headquarters in London, UK.

The role will provide cross-function support to the UK & Ireland's commercial, fisheries, and marketing communications team, and direct support to the team's Program Director.

As Program Support Officer, you will help us deliver our work programme in the UK, and be a key component of the team, enabling it to function dynamically and efficiently.

You will also be working directly with the Regional Director for North Europe and the Senior Europe Team (SET). You will therefore be connected in with other MSC regions, particularly in North Europe. Some international travel will therefore be required.

One day you can be organising an important meeting with key UK stakeholders, the next you could be supporting on the organising of MSC UK's annual awards ceremony event.

It's a varied role and certainly an organisation where no two days are the same.

You will also be collaborating regularly with our UK & Ireland Fisheries, Commercial and Marketing Communications teams, to help promote the work that we do, so a communication and/or PR and media background is desirable.

As an experienced administrator, you will have:

university degree or relevant experience

- excellent Microsoft Office skills, and Office 365 knowledge
- excellent verbal and written communication skills
- an exceptional approach to organisational tasks
- experience of organising executive travel, event planning and managing multiple calendars across various time zones.
