Permanent Opportunity - Maintenance Technician
Venn Group are supporting an NHS client by recruiting to multiple permanent Static Technician roles.

Salary:
~£34,000-£38,000 per annum

Length:
Permanent

Location:
London

Perform maintenance tasks and checks, including basic Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) checks for Water, Fire, Ventilation, Electrical and Building Fabric etc.
Install, maintain, service and repair a range of estates services equipment across all areas
Carry out reactive maintenance, minor installations and break down repairs as required on electrical, mechanical systems or building fittings
Ensure the Trust's buildings and grounds adhere to statutory compliance
Relevant qualifications or experience
