About this role:

Coordination of driver rota and liaison with transport team on resource requirements
Timesheet checks ability to cross reference timesheets to tracker systems
Liaising with the workshop regarding breakdowns/punctures and internal reporting of breakdowns and service issues
Data processing and analysis of operational data
Basic tasks on operational system "Elemos "(full training will be provided )
Generating tip out tickets and other transport documentation
Managing the maintenance bookings on Elemos
Provision of administration support to the transport coordinators and management within the department
Other administrative tasks as appropriate

Key Skills

Very Good MS Office Skills in particular MS Excel
Flexibility to get tasks completed as needed
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to work under instruction whilst using own initiative where necessary
Highly organised
Full UK driving license with own transport
