Description

We are seeking on behalf of a client academy, a flexible school caretaker to work on a temporary basis across several schools, to cover for short term absences and holidays.

Experience working in a school previoulsy is desired but not essential if you have mantainance and domestic experience.

Role includes:

Carrying out repairs around the school, as well as performing basic DIY.
Potentially cleaning or supervising cleaning of facilities.
Dealing with security and access to the site.
Managing staff and supervising external contractors.
Planning for site development and how the site is going to be used.
Setting maintenance and repair priorities around the school.

This is a great role for someone wanting part time or flexible work and would suit an energetic, enthusiastic person who works well indidivually and part of a team.

You will require an enhanced DBS and other checks in line with keeping children safe in education.

Job Type:
Temporary contract

Contract length: 6 months

Salary:
£80.00-£100.00 per day
