    Job Overview

    This is a 12-month fixed-term contract for a Senior Digital Analyst to be based in London, working closely with the Manager, Partnership Analytics to drive valuable insights and optimize partnership performance.

    The role encompasses the full campaign lifecycle, from defining tracking requirements and implementing tags to gathering clients' reporting needs and providing actionable insights.

    Main Responsibilities

    1. Lead analytics efforts on all client partnerships, encompassing tracking requirement definition, KPI establishment, data visualization preparation, report template setup, and schedule creation.
    2. Act as an expert, attending client calls for key accounts, presenting results, insights, and recommendations.
    3. Analyze survey data to measure brand lift across campaigns and enrich customer qualitative data.
    4. Create and maintain dashboards, offering training to end users.
    5. Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to provide data-driven insights and optimization opportunities enhancing campaign effectiveness and decision-making support.
    6. Combine diverse data sources into a unified view for holistic reporting.

    Requirements

    To succeed in this role, you must have:

    1. A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar digital/data analyst position.
    2. Proficient skills in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Looker Data Studio (or equivalent tools).
    3. An analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities to resolve issues within tight deadlines.
    4. Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
    5. A genuine passion for digital and data, staying updated on industry trends and best practices.
    6. The ability to manage multiple stakeholders with conflicting priorities.
    7. Capacity to present reports to external parties and explain complex analytics concepts simply.

    Nice to Have:

    1. Programming language proficiency in SQL, R, or Python.
    2. Experience in data warehousing.
    3. Knowledge and experience in using Customer Data Platforms.
