As a Behaviour Mentor, you will play a pivotal role in this vibrant school community, collaborating closely with a supportive team of educators and staff.

In this dynamic and rewarding role, starting in January, you will have the chance to support a key stage 1 child with Social, Emotional, and Behavioural Needs.

Your empathy, patience, and ability to forge connections will be paramount in establishing a trusting rapport with the student. Together, you will craft strategies and interventions to address behavioural challenges, fostering positive change and nurturing personal growth.

As a Behaviour Mentor, you will be an integral part of the student's educational journey, working collaboratively with teachers, SENCo, and other professionals to create bespoke education plans.
