Are you fluent in Welsh and looking to make a difference in secondary education? Tradewind Recruitment is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Cover Supervisors in Cardiff and the Vale of Glamorgan.

As specialists in education recruitment, we work closely with Welsh-speaking secondary schools, providing essential support in the classroom.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise classes in the absence of the regular teacher.
Deliver pre-prepared lesson plans provided by the school.
Manage classroom behaviour and ensure a conducive learning environment.
Provide support to students during lessons.
Follow school policies and procedures.

Requirements:

Fluent in Welsh (essential).
A passion for working with young people.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to adapt to different classroom environments.
