TrainingU are a leading training provider delivering a range of IT, Management and Personal Effectiveness courses to organisations across the UK and Europe.
Within the role, you will have a portfolio of clients who you will look after by providing information and advice on our training courses.
You will take ownership of the organisation of the training from booking dates, through to reviewing the success of the training delivered.
Ideally, you will be from a Training, L&D or HR background with confident communication skills and exemplary administration skills.This role has an emphasis on IT/Software Training, so you will need to either have experience in this area or have a desire to learn more around digital/IT.
This role is full time (although part time will be considered) and will be remote working from home but with monthly face to face team meetings in Hertfordshire/Bedfordshire.
Main Duties:
- Organise training courses with all associated administration.
- Have confident telephone conversations with clients and prospects, providing training information and quotations.
- Liaising with and supporting associate trainers.
- Assist in the Training Needs Analysis process to identify training needs.
- Build strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
- Plan, organise and prioritise workload daily, to ensure service levels are maintained.
- Research and book resources such as accommodation, travel and equipment hire.
- Manage equipment requirements and the production of course materials and manuals.
- Assist in keeping social media channels and website updated.
- Any other ad hoc duties as may reasonably be required.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office packages, in particular Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Teams plus a desire to learn, especially around IT/Digital for example Microsoft 36
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to remain focused and manage multiple tasks and responsibilities.
- Excellent communication, both written and verbal, and presentation skills with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Confident, articulate and welcoming telephone manner.
- Disciplined and selfmotivated to work from home.
Desirable**:
- Previous experience working the HR/Training/L&D industry
Job Types:
