  • Manage a portfolio of customer accounts, ensuring timely payment of outstanding debts.
  • Offer exceptional customer service, resolving queries and issues in a professional manner.
  • Work collaboratively with the Customer Service team to achieve department goals.
  • Maintain accurate and uptodate records of all customer interactions.
  • Identify opportunities for improving processes and procedures within the department.
  • Adhere to company policies and industry regulations at all times.

The Successful Applicant:


A successful Collections Advisor should have:

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • The ability to work well within a team and independently.
  • Experience managing customer accounts and resolving queries.
  • A commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
  • The ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism and empathy.
