- Offer exceptional customer service, resolving queries and issues in a professional manner.
- Work collaboratively with the Customer Service team to achieve department goals.
- Maintain accurate and uptodate records of all customer interactions.
- Identify opportunities for improving processes and procedures within the department.
- Adhere to company policies and industry regulations at all times.
The Successful Applicant:
A successful Collections Advisor should have:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- The ability to work well within a team and independently.
- Experience managing customer accounts and resolving queries.
- A commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
- The ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism and empathy.
