We're looking for an
Administrative Assistant to join our team at Hypixel Studios, which collaborates remotely from around the world.

Our members range from industry newcomers to experts with 25+ years of experience.

Hytale empowers creative expression across a spectrum of experiences including sandbox adventure, social play, minigames, and creativity using a suite of powerful and accessible tools.


As an
Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for managing game and operation leads' diaries, arranging meetings and assisting with travel requests.

You will assist with the day-to-day operations of the office.

This role is expected to grow with the company as we progress and will be, by its nature, quite diverse as you will be expected to get to know and then work with most departments.

Some of your role:


  • Assisting with the maintenance of game and operation leads schedules and appointments.
  • Preparing meeting materials.
  • Assisting with general office administration i.e. typing, photocopying and data entry.
  • Assisting the Events and Facilities team with orders and workspace upkeep.
  • Providing general administrative support for all departments within the Operations department

Essential Traits:


  • 2+ years administrative / clerical experience.
  • Experience with GSuite / Office suites of software.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work on own initiative as well as collaboratively in a team.
  • Trustworthy, empathetic, tenacious, and selfmotivated.
  • Able to pick up new technology and processes quickly, in a selfsufficient manner.

Bonus Traits:


  • Experience working with remote teams.
  • Experience working with numerous calendars across multiple time zones.
  • Willingness to dive in and tackle any task at hand with enthusiasm and determination.
  • Familiarity with digital development and internet culture.
