The Role


An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Wellbeing Lead to join our team at Maurice House, previous experience of working in a day centre with older people is essential for this role.

You will be passionate and committed to making a difference by ensuring our residents have the opportunity to enjoy a varied programme of recreational, therapeutic and social activities that are engaging, creative and inclusive.


As part of this role you will provide support and guidance to staff in all aspects of their duties and responsibilities.

You will have previous experience in compiling and managing rotas to ensure that we have volunteers and staff who will maximise the residents participation in activities and events.


Please note this role is based at our Care Home, Maurice House, Callis Court Road, Broadstairs, CT10 3AH and requires working 5 days in 7 including some weekends.
