Working and advising hiring managers to upskill their capabilities
Managing the endtoend sales process including helping to identifying opportunities, tailoring our products and negotiating prices

What You'll Need To Succeed

You will need to have proven experience working within recruitment and have entrepreneurial mindset. This isn't a typical consultant role with KPI environment.

This role is for someone who genuinely wants to be part of business that has a very clear strategyof growth.

You will have strong support from MD who has been within oil & gas industry over 20+ years with fantastic network.
