About Our Client:

Page Personnel are actively recruiting for talented individuals to join their highly successful growing team that has seen a number of promotions in the first half of this year.

Based in state of the art brand new offices in the centre of Leeds, and offering a leading training package, along with the opportunity to work for one of the most established recruitment brands in the UK and the world.

The key responsibilities of the Recruitment Consultant role will be to:

Utilising various engagement strategies including job boards, Linked In, referrals, market trends
Build long lasting partnerships with your customers
Understanding customer needs and providing strategic advice
Negotiating terms and fees to create mutually beneficial partnerships
Guiding customers through end to end recruitment processes
Collaborating with a high performing team, encouraging and motivating results
