- Operating of all machines in the STAP department in a safe and efficient manner.
- Achieving production targets to company requirements.
- Comply with quality standards to company requirements.
- Give assistance where ever necessary to personnel within the STAP business.
- Flexibility towards production requirements.
- Take responsibility with team to achieve KPI's
- Experience of working in a production environment
- Good attention to detail.
- Basic Computer Literacy.
- Able to work under own initiative, but important that they can work in a team environment.
- To have good communication skills.
