We have an immediate need for a part time Recovery Sustainment Worker, working within our Gambling Treatment Aftercare Service. The position will be for 21 hours per work on an 18 month contract.

Based - Bristol office and remote working

Salary - £24,348 - £25,971 Pro rata

Contract - 18 months

We are seeking a recovery sustainment worker who will provide effective and high quality relapse prevention support to the Ara Gambling Aftercare service.

The role is to provide high quality one to one interventions and online group work to support those in recovery from gambling related harms across Wales and the South West of England.

The Recovery sustainment worker will support clients to sustain their recovery through developing client's recovery capital.

Some of the key tasks for this role include:

Supporting clients through online group work and one to one psychosocial support.
Support the development and implementation of Ara's recovery services.
Engage with partners and other stakeholders to ensure effective support and outcomes.
Ensuring databases, spreadsheets and documents are up to date and meet Ara's standards and policies.
Have excellent communication skills, be proactive, able to work as part of a team and be able to manage their own caseload.
Ability to deliver relapse prevention groups and workshops to service users.
Be able to work flexible hours, covering shifts between 9am 8pm.
