Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Representative to join our team.

As a Technical Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and technical assistance to our clients.

This is a full-time position based in Manchester.


Duties:

• Analyze and troubleshoot customer problems and provide timely solutions
• Conduct data entry and maintain accurate customer records
• Provide guidance and support to customers in a professional and friendly manner
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues
• Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved

Skills:

• Fluent in English and Spanish (multilingual)
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong problemsolving and analytical abilities
• Proficient in data entry and computer skills
• Knowledge of phone etiquette and customer service best practices
• Bilingual skills are a plus

Salary:
£22,000.00-£32,185.30 per year
