Mini Athletics Bristol is hiring a Lead Coach to join their team.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome and engage participants with enthusiasm and energy
• Inspire and motivate children during their Mini Athletics sessions
• Deliver fun and structured lessons using equipment provided
• Handle any other necessary duties

We are seeking:

• Passionate individuals who love inspiring young children
• Confident, enthusiastic, reliable, and organized people
• Coaching qualification and experience preferred, but not required (full training provided)

Requirements:

• Enhanced DBS check
• Paediatric first aid certificate
• Child safeguarding certificate
• A UK driving license and access to a car (preferred for transporting equipment)

Starting from October, we are recruiting for the position of Lead Coach.

Initially, classes will be held on Friday and Saturday mornings in North Bristol, but there is potential to increase hours quickly as the business expands, including birthday parties, nurseries and after-school clubs.

This role does involve supervising and being solely in charge of children and young people.
