What we expect from you in this role:

  • Welcome customers with a friendly and personable nature
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent customer service.
  • Maintain store housekeeping standards.
  • A good working knowledge of the products we have in store.
  • Follow all cash and customer service policies and procedures.
  • Open and close the branch in the absence of the management team.

Job Type:

Part-time hours: 16hrs per week

Permanent Contract


Schedule:

  • This position is for Evenings & Weekends although some daytime flexibility would be desirable.

Experience:


Essential:

  • Customer Service Experience
  • Experience of working in a fast pace environment
  • Cash handling & keyholding experience

Desirable:

  • Experience of working in fashion retail
