Recruitment Resourcer

Vanta Staffing are recruiting a Recruitment Resourcer to join our team in Slough. You will have a minimum of 1 to 2 years' experience in resourcing for roles at all levels.

We are searching for someone that can really fit into our team and grow both themselves and the business.

To do this the Resourcer will need to be:

Excellent telephone communication skills, have the ability to behave proactively and think "outside the box" when appropriate.
Highly organised with the ability to prioritise, recognising the need for urgency and tight deadlines, where applicable.
Ability to multitask whilst maintaining strict attention to detail.
Ability to listen well and gather essential information Desirable Qualities
Ability to "upsell", where appropriate and strengthen existing / build new client relationships

Basic Duties of Resourcer:

Answering telephone enquiries
Preparing vacancy advert copy and sending to admin team for posting
General office administrative duties
Screening of job vacancy advert responses

There is the opportunity to grow this role into a Recruitment Consultant for the right person
