Fulfilment & Finance Coordinator to join our
Register Development team.

Hours: 35 per week (standard Anthony Nolan working hours)

Location:

Hybrid between home and head office in Hampstead, London**As a Fulfilment and Finance Coordinator, you will be responsible for processing requests for donor recruitment events, managing booking systems, event supply orders/stock levels, and all related admin (including invoices).


You will be working as part of a team to manage the fulfilment mailbox and deal with all enquiries, queries, requests and responses promptly, improving and streamlining our processes where appropriate.

You will collaborate with a variety of stakeholders, both internally and externally, including our logistics partner.


You will also possess the skillset to adapt to new systems and provide excellent customer service to our various stakeholders, utilising exceptional interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.

A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office is essential, as is the ability to work well as part of a team.

Ideally, you will have knowledge of and experience with financial systems.
