We are looking for an individual who is interested in working with private clients on cross border payments.

With an immediate start, your mandate will be to assist and learn from the other account managers about how to conduct FX trades for private clients and provide a high level of service and engagement with our well extablished client base.

This is a great opportunity for a recent graduate with strong personable skills, good organisation and good mathematical skills who has a keen interest in working for a leading Fintech and within the payments sector.

You will join a community which engages with all members of staff including the directors and CEO thanks to our open plan office and our hybrid working collaboration.

Typical tasks

  • Identify all of our existing B2B customers within each sector and attribute SIC codes and other enriched data.
  • Research different B2B sectors and provide quality information such as the size and characteristics of each the sector.
  • Identify personas and decision makers within each sector research and obtain raw data to market to understand paint points and behaviours of those customers.
  • Research use tools like SEM Rush, competitor research and online research into each vertical to help marketing drive curated and personalised content.
  • Attribute all B2B customers a SIC code attributed to them so we can better segment our data moving forward.

Requirements:


  • Core Skills/ Experience:
  • A keen interest in the regulatory landscape applicable to payments firms in the UK
  • Excellent organisational skills and ability to juggle multiple conflicting priorities.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team and contribute to team and individual targets
  • Good Excel skills is a must for this role

  • You have good systems navigation skills, and are able to pick up new systems quickly
  • You have excellent organisation skills, and can work through large volumes of data methodically and systematically
  • You have sound judgement, and can assimilate a large amount of information and reach a reasoned conclusion
  • You have an analytical way of processing information, able to sort and organise data to establish trends and activities
  • You can cope with increasing workload and respond to volatile currency market movements
  • You have meticulous attention to detail and always take pride in your work
  • You are a great communicator and love to work and collaborate with others
  • You like a challenge and want to continually learn and develop
  • You are able to work calmly under pressure
