Description

A Specialist Manufacturing company are looking for a talented individual to add capacity to the Engineering function of a market leader in Green Shipping, Marine and Water Environmental Industries, as a Test Engineer based in Kingston.

You will be someone who has experience in both test and inspection of electro-mechanical instruments. You will be able to fault find to component level and repair returned items. You will have experience working with and testing PCB's.

You will be someonewho is able to work closely with the R&D department to advise on manufacturing issues and Improvement opportunities.

Previous experience of assembling and manufacturing products with multi-commodity bill of materials and in particular machined components, printed circuit board assemblies, wiring looms and cable assemblies is essential.

Having experience with optical windowsis an advantage. You will be expected to maintain and participate in continuous improvement systems.

To be successful you will need to be able to complete a security clearnence
