Sales Administrator | £22K - £25K | Full Time Permanent | 8.15am - 5.00pm Mon - Thu (half an hour lunch) 8.15am - 1.45pm Fri
Duties
- Answering the telephone, taking orders and diverting calls.
- Customer Invoicing & Queries.
- Keeping filing and paperwork up to date.
- Using in house ordering and tracking system.
- Incoming and outgoing post duties.
- Greeting customers.
- General office Administrators.
- Experience in the Jewellery trade would be helpful but not essential.
Requirements:
- Care and attention to detail.
- Familiar with Microsoft Office
- Excellent telephone manner
- Able to multitask.
