Sales Administrator | £22K - £25K | Full Time Permanent | 8.15am - 5.00pm Mon - Thu (half an hour lunch) 8.15am - 1.45pm Fri

Duties

  • Answering the telephone, taking orders and diverting calls.
  • Customer Invoicing & Queries.
  • Keeping filing and paperwork up to date.
  • Using in house ordering and tracking system.
  • Incoming and outgoing post duties.
  • Greeting customers.
  • General office Administrators.
  • Experience in the Jewellery trade would be helpful but not essential.

Requirements:


  • Care and attention to detail.
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Able to multitask.
Training will be given on in house software systems.
