Care Individual _are currently looking for experienced and passionate _
Complex care assistants_ who have experience supporting individuals with complex care needs in comfort of their own home. We appreciate that every customer is different, and this is why every day will be different.

As a part of the team you will be delivering specialist care to service user with complex long term condition.

The service user is with spinal cord injury.

Responsibilities and duties:_

Have the right to live and work in UK
Good writen and verbal comunication skills
Experience in complex care sector
Good communication skills and a good sense of humour
Have compassion, empathy and patience
Are trustworthy, honest and respectful Demonstrate understanding of selfcentred care
Treats others with dignity and respect
Helps vulnerable people live as comfortably as possible
Assisting patients with grooming and personal hygiene
Monitoring clients' health and wellbeing
Maintaining and updating reports
Daily tasks that may be required such as light housekeeping,
Supporting with social interaction
Support to other team members in emergency situations
