More about your role

We are looking for a Senior Recreational Assistant, who is looking to gain experience and take on some Duty Manager duties.

You will help ensure the safe and efficient running of your centre. You will maintain a high profile with our customers and operational staff. You will act as a mentor and role model and support the training and development of staff.

More about you

Ideally, you'll have your National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) with up to date NPLQ training records. Holding the National Pool Plant qualification would also be great but it is not essential.
