We are a Financial & Legal Services company based in West London. We are recruiting for an experienced and driven individual who is interested in a new and exciting challenge.


What does the role involve?
Explaining the service in a simple format and signing up new clients

Following up with previous inquiries

Building trust and rapport with clients

Managing individual client list to confirm receipt and return of legal contracts

Up-sell additional services


What we require from you?
Minimum 1 year Customer Services / Call Centre experience to be considered for the role

Professional telephone manner & experienced with high volume of calls

This is a target driven role that requires commitment and perseverance

Ability to consistently meet & exceed targets

You must be enthusiastic, warm, and professional in order to build trust and rapport with clients


Part-time Working Hours

Days:
Monday, Wednesday, Friday

Hours: 11.30am to 2.30pm

Part-time hours: 15 per week


Salary:
£12.00-£15.00 per hour
