The role:


  • Delivering exceptional customer service and customer experience
  • Advising on technical issues and queries
  • Arrange car collection and delivery, providing courtesy cars where necessary
  • Progressing work through our Aftersales department and invoicing once completed.
  • Explaining the content of the invoice and breakdown, and taking payments
  • Being proactive, and liaising with both existing and new customers in relation to their vehicle maintenance schedules
  • Liaise with technicians/workshop control about vehicle statuses and ensure that vehicles will be ready on time
  • Upselling additional products and services
  • Managing all bookings in an efficient and professional manner
  • Ideally experience within the automotive industry in a similar role
  • Positive and friendly attitude, ready to deliver excellent customer experience
  • Excellent communication skills, and great attention to detail
  • Team player
  • Full UK driving license

£27,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
