The agency is a local expert in property sales and lettings and is consistently looking for outstanding individuals to join its fast growing team.

As our Lettings Negotiator you will be expected to focus on growing the lettings business of Nicholas Estate Agents & NEA Lettings.

The role will include welcoming clients into the office, booking and attending appointments, negotiating with landlords, finalising paperwork, helping with preparing new properties for marketing.

• Registering inquiries efficiently and booking appointments for appropriate properties
• Conducting viewings with prospective tenants
• Through regular contact, efficiently manage both tenant and landlord databases
• Negotiating the let of the property
• Managing the referencing procedure
• Progressing the let to ensure successful move in, including sending the tenancy agreement, inventory booking and welcome pack
• Communication effectively throughout the process up to move in day
• Working closely with the lettings team
• Canvassing prospective landlords and helping to build the business

• Excellent face to face customer service skill
• Strong communicator, able to get on with people
• Smart & well presented
• Self motivated and organised
• Clean driving license

• Reading: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
