Possible permanent opportunity
This is a great opportunity for an immediately available HR Advisor to support this organisation for an interim period.

Working as part of a small team, this position will work closely with Senior Management and all colleagues across the organisation proactively supporting and advising on the full remit of employee relations issues.

This includes disciplinaries, grievances,sickness absence management and performance management, ensuring adherence to company policy and current employment legislation and liaising with external employment advisors as required.

Ideally you will have a strong HR advisory background, good employment law knowledge, lots of initiative and the ability to start asap
