Account Executive/Manager - Large Format Print, Birmingham, up to £27.5k

My client is an established/sucessful Birmingham based Business to Business Print Solutions Company, who boasts a portfolio full of prestigious customer accounts, including many household names.

Due to continued and sustained business growth they are now seeking to appoint an additional Account Executive or Manager to manage and develop an existing client portfolio as well as handle ad-hoc projects.

Working as part of a dedicate team of professionals you will be responsible for:
*Build and maintain a good working relationship with your customer portfolio, providing them with advice and guidance
*Taking accurate job briefs and producing quotes/estimates for large format solutions (signage, point of sale, exhibition graphics etc)
*Manage complete project lifecycle to ensure all jobs are completed on time and within agreed budget
*Respond to/follow up on quotes
*Identify ways of increasing existing customer spend and/or potential new business opportunities
*Handle ad-hoc accounts/projects
*Prepare job briefs/instructions for internal teams
*Planning/scheduling timelines with internal departments to ensure all deadlines are achieved
*Quality Control
*Handling logistics and organising fitting installations
*Purchasing of stock when required
*Although mainly internally based you may be required to attend client meeting and manage installation teams


Requirements:

*Proven background in managing and producing estimates for digital/litho print
*Background in working on large format print solutions would be an advantage.
*Prior experience of using Microsoft Office based programs especially Excel, Word and Outlook as well as an MIS System.
*Good organisational and time management skills, to enable you to manage multiple projects simultaneously
*Team orientated with a can do attitude and ability to think outside the box to create ideas and solve issues quickly and effectively.
**Location: Based just outside Central Birmingham, On-Site Parking.
