Description

Hollyoaks' are looking for an experienced Production Coordinator to join our vibrant production office in Liverpool.

You will report to a Production Manager and will be key in supporting the smooth running of the shoots on a day to day basis, ensuring all supporting information is accurate, up to date and communicated to everyone who needs it.

You will be a main point of contact for all departments involved in the Production of Hollyoaks, handling and directing queries on a daily basis.

You will ensure the production board and callsheets are accurate, reflecting any changes, as well as monitoring schedules for any potential clashes for cast and looking for resolutions.

Therefore, you must have strong organisational skills:
the ability to multitask, plan accordingly and prioritise.

Production Coordinators attend planning meetings with responsibility for booking catering, vehicles and technical equipment, it is beneficial for the role holder to be budget orientated and have the ability to negotiate deals.

In addition to this you will co-ordinate guest artiste contracts, working closely with the casting department.
