Role Overview

We are currently recruiting for a Relief Chef to join our passionate and driven Catering team based at our client's site in East Sussex.

Key Responsibilities:

Supporting the Operations Manager over a number of developments, offering relief cover as directed.
To coordinate and manage all catering and associated services at appointed premises.
Food production in line with the company recipes, EDI ordering, completion of all company bookwork, ordering of all supplies and weekly stock control.
Menus competitions/planning and promotions.
To manage all Catering Team Members to provide the required service at an agreed level.

About You:

Previous experience in a similar role and environment would be an advantage.
Ideally a professional catering qualification to 706/1 and 2 or equivalent NVQ.
Food safety L3 would be an advantage.
IT literate.
Ability to work within a challenging budget in a fastpaced environment.
Enhanced DBS clearance will be required.
