Packaging Stores Operative


Starting Salary:
£14.06 per hour

Shift Pattern: 6AM to 6PM, Day Shift

Working Pattern: 4 days on, 4 days off

Permanent, Full Time (Approx 38.5 hours per week average)

Job Purpose:


To maintain the operation of the Packaging Stores Department in controlling stock of packaging across our systems and in our warehouse areas.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Working with Microsoft 365 (Excel primarily) to keep stock up to date
  • Operating Power Lifting Equipment to move Packaging stock around our site
  • Using System 21 to complete stock transfers and updates
  • Ordering and Purchasing Stock as and when required
  • Conducting System Updates
  • Completing Transfers of Stock
  • Administrative Duties when required
  • Work alongside Procurement making sure any needs are met.

Requirements:


  • Knowledge of stock control (Desirable)
  • System 21 knowledge (Desirable but not Essential)
  • Microsoft Excel experience (Essential)
  • Ability to work to targets & KPI's
  • Forklift Experience (Desirable but not Essential)
  • Manual Handling experience
  • Experience using a computer

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Pay:
From £14.06 per hour

Expected hours: 38.5 per week
