Description

We are seeking a ServiceNow System Administrator for a global luxury brand based in Southampton, you will act as the Product Manager responsible for owning the ITSM platform that underpins the service Technology provides.

Key Responsibilities:_

  • Develop, deploy,administrate and automate the ITSM platform, ensuring adherence to core ITIL disciplines and all delivery methodologies to ensure the ITSM tool is well used and managed across the entire technology landscape
  • Manage and maintain the ITSM platform and all integrations, ensuring the platform is ready for use and always offers high quality data and processes
  • Analyse the current environment and propose automation whenever possible
  • Ensure permissions and platform access (roles, users, and groups) are appropriately governed and assigned
  • Troubleshoot system issues, investigate and recommend permanent solution and workarounds
  • Ensure all environments, production and preproduction, are appropriately maintained and used and the data within is well managed and meets all governance and compliance requirements, including EU-GDPR, SOX, and internal audit requirements
  • Seek opportunities to integrate the platform with other tools to offer an enhanced endtoend service across a range of Technology disciplines. Develop standard ways of integrating, importing data, and using it through all ITSM processes

Key Knowledge & Experience Required:_

  • Expertise in ServiceNow configuration, administration and usage
  • Experience owning and improving ServiceNow ITSM processes and workflows
  • Hands on development, management and deployment experience with ServiceNow
  • Good working knowledge of ITOM processes and workflows
  • Knowledge of ITIL and Service Delivery best practices
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent Stakeholder Management
  • Ability to focus and prioritise in a highpressure environment

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
£50,000.00-£60,000.00 per year

- system administration: 4 years (preferred)
