  • Finance Team_ UK_
  • Our Team is responsible for the processing of financial transactions; We are the gatekeeper of the Audited Annual Financial Statements_
  • We are in charge of Cash Management (A/P, A/R, etc.) in compliance with Corporate Group Policies and local regulations. We maintain a low DSO._
  • We report monthly to the Group respecting the deadlines and perform analysis to explain the results vs budget._
  • We are supporting the local business and work with all the functions (Sales, Order Operations, Tech, etc.). Our role is to help the Country Manager to drive the business with kpi's definitions in order for him to make the best decisions to grow and achieve the country target._

Overview:

  • P&L analysis and reporting of monthly actuals account reconciliations, cost reclassifications, variance analysis and commentary
  • Calculating monthly Accruals, posting monthend journals
  • Completing month end reporting tasks within the defined schedule
  • Validate and process employee expenses and credit card expenses
  • Submitting VAT returns
  • Completing annual tax return
  • Annual PSA submission liaising with Tax department, preparing PSA workings and arranging payment to HMRC
  • Quarterly review of Fixed Asset register to identify and action any disposals.
  • Preparing documentation for external audits for review by Financial Manager
  • Ability to step in and support when team members are away.
  • Identify and assist with implementing process improvement
  • Assist with the onboarding of new subsidiaries through acquisition
  • Other ad hoc tasks to support the wider team and business

Responsibilities:


  • 2 years in similar role in an international environment.
  • Good understanding of GAAP
  • Experience in intercompany reporting (BFC a plus)
  • Office 365 and Axapta Skills are beneficial

  • Finance qualification a plus but not essential
