Part Time Finance Manager | Derby | 3 Days Per Week | Up to £50,000 (Full-Time Equivalent)
Are you looking for a role that will offer you flexibility with hours to fit around your home commitments?

As the sole person in the finance function, this is a chance to make the role your own with full automony to implement new processes and drive improvements.

You will need to be hands-on as the role will cover everything from transactional finance throughto management accounting and managing the year-end process.

The business are looking for somebody 24 hours per week.

Please note the salary advertised is a full-time equivalent so will be pro-rata'd down for the 3 days per week.

ROLE OVERVIEW_

Full preparation of the monthly management accounts and board packs with associated analysis and commentary
Review exisiting processes and drive improvements (this is a newly created role)
Management of cloud based accounting system
Handson with all aspecs of transactional finance (invoicing, bank recs)
Budgeting and forecasting with analysis into variances
Financial accounting (VAT returns, balance recs, yearend accounting)
Payroll

ABOUT YOU_

Able to commit to 24 hours per week
Willing to commute to the office in Derby twice per week
Experience in a similar role
Handson attitude (you will be the sole person in finance so must be willing to be involved with all areas of finance)
