Butler Rose is working with a leading technical distributor in the search for a Credit Control Supervisor to join their growing organisation.

This is a full time, permanent opportunity based in Milton Keynes.

If you're an experienced credit controller with supervisory experience searching for a business that values its employees, the environment, and long-term goals, then this is the position for you

Main Duties:

Supporting the Credit Control function through managing a small team of credit controllers.
Coordinating the credit controller's activities to meet business needs.
To evaluate and decide when to give suitable credit limits to both new and existing customers.
Be the first point of contact for issues escalated by the credit controllers.
Regularly liaise and build relationships with Sales Partners to resolve customers disputes
3 years credit control experience and supervisory experience
Good working knowledge of MS packages, including Excel
Will be dependable and well organised
An understanding and empathetic nature
