As
Internal Communications Co-ordinator, your ability to develop and deliver communications that educate, inform, and motivate our internal team members will be critical to our success in achieving our marketing plans and our broader strategic objectives.

Your
key responsibilities will include but not be limited to the following:

  • Creating and implementing exciting and connecting EQ-wide communication campaigns.
  • Developing recruitment marketing campaigns in collaboration with the People Team.
  • Helping to plan and run recruitment events.
  • Managing our internal social media content.
  • Maintaining the company intranet.
  • Identifying and telling good news stories.
  • Writing targeted and varied content using our brand tone of voice.

What you will need to be successful:
We are looking for an enthusiastic, personable, and assertive person who has the following skills, experience, and qualities:

  • At least one year of experience in a relevant marketing role and confident in utilising technology to communicate with employees.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills to effectively influence and collaborate with internal stakeholders.
  • A thorough understanding of marketing channels and initiatives with a proactive mindset.
  • The ability to build relationships and collaborate with the marketing team and across all business functions, helping to foster an environment of inclusion and collaboration.
  • A full driving licence and access to a vehicle as visits to other offices will be required.

Technical skills

  • Organic social media skills including internal and external customer service.
  • Video production
  • Competent in Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Experience in WordPress would be beneficial however, full training will be provided.

  • An understanding or a willingness to learn about and support all aspects of our work at EQ.
  • Focus and attention to detail without getting bogged down and with a solid ability to anticipate issues and take the next best step quickly.

This job description represents a guide to your responsibilities as Internal Communications Co-ordinator; however, you may be asked to take on additional or alternative tasks within your capability from time to time, primarily working with the Marketing and Communications Co-ordinator to help during periods of annual leave, etc.
