My client is a highly regarded Legal 500 law firm with offices in the North of England, and they have an opportunity for a Commercial Litigation Fee Earner to join a recently opened office in the North Lakes.

As a new position in their new office it really is a fantastic opportunity for someone to really build their name and profile up in the Cumbria area.

Due to location, hybrid working, potentially with loving cost support will be offered

Working with clients in the commercial sector, managing a caseload as part of the Litigation team, the work will involve managing matters with all due diligence, in particular ensuring excellence in respect of technical advice, client service, participationin business development and marketing activities whether on a firmwide, departmental and/or office basis and financial control.

Contentious Probate
Breach of contract

General private client litigation
