Frozen Brothers is Europe's No1 frozen drinks provider, supplying frozen drinks for over 45 years. We supply Coca-Cola Frozen, Fanta Frozen, Tango Ice Blast, and Slushy Jack's to industry leading customers across 14 countries.

Due to our recent expansion, we are now seeking a permanent fluent Dutch speaking credit controller to support our clients and customers.

Your responsibilities:

Support the Credit Control department with the debt recovery service.
Provide exceptional customer service and deliver a consistent and professional level of service at all times.
Managing Financial Risk through regular review of customer credit limits.
Administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements:

Fluent speaking, listening, and writing skills in Dutch and English.
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
Eligible to work in the UK.
Proven experience as a Credit Controller or similar role in a financial services setting.
Planning & Organisational skills.
Able to effectively manage and distribute task to other team members.
IT Skills, including advanced excel skills.
Attention to detail.
