The role of School Operations Co-ordinator sits at the heart of our day-to-day work.

Your role will see you work across several key areas, including:


Parent Communications & Timetable Management
Organising timetables efficiently and quickly is central to the success of M:
Tech.

You will help to arrange and manage lesson timetables at new and existing schools, as well as monitor weekly attendance to make sure we know when children miss multiple lessons.


School Communications & Internal Marketing
You will help create and oversee a new activities marketing database to promote M:
Tech to new children.

This database will give invaluable information on school newsletters and activity lists, helping ensure we communicate the right materials at the right time.

This role is not limited to the tasks above and your input in all areas of M:
Tech life will be greatly valued.


About You


They will also have strong IT skills across Microsoft Office, as well as the ability to embrace new work management systems (Asana/Trello).

As the role is customer facing, excellent telephone manner, written correspondence and interpersonal skills are essential. You will also have a natural sense of attention to detail and the ability to prioritise.

This role is advertised with a starting salary of £25,000 per annum, but this is negotiable based on experience.
