Drivers Direct Recruitment are looking for an enthusiastic
Recruitment Consultant to join our team in
Northampton. We specialise in temporary and permanent recruitment into the logistics sector.

Whether you feel you have transferrable skills to begin your career in the recruitment world or if you already have experience and are looking for a new challenge this could be the job for you._

Salary:

- £22k - £24k pa.

Monthly & Quartley bonus also available.

Hours of Work:

Monday to Friday 08:30 16:30
This will also involve answering emergency calls out of hours from drivers or clients, on a rota with your other team members.

The role:

Delivering a first class recruitment service.
Generate new business opportunities over the phone and face to face.
General admin duties.
Ability to understand various payroll platforms (training provided).
Advertise new roles.
Work towards monthly KPI'S and revenue targets.

Able to organise the work load.
Able to take on board and retain new information.
