Description

Collision Repair Group offers mobile ADAS recalibration, remote coding and vehicle diagnostic support services along with windscreen repair and replacement to our blue chip clients on a UK wide basis.

We are currently recruiting for a Head of scheduling / office manager and schedule team members to join the team at our Contact Centre / Head Office based in Leicester.

It would be beneficial if you have a working knowledge and rock solid background of either the windscreen, bodyshop, remote diagnostics or main dealer environments to be successful.

The Role

You will manage / be a part of the central deployment team, engaging and supporting field operations and also remote diagnostics to deliver excellence for our blue chip clients.

You will be required to liaise with technicians on a UK wide basis along with the management team to ensure all work instructions are correctly scheduled, managed and completed within strict Service Level Agreements.

You will need to proactively own and manage your work load and prioritise all daily duties efficiently and effectively on a consistent and relentless basis.

This is a Monday to Friday office based role but we will need some flexibility as per the demands of the business.

Requirements:

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word along with previous scheduling software
Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
Customer service experience is essential

High levels of energy with a 'can do' positive attitude at all times
Team player but capable of working on own initiative to fully understand implications of any changes and effective working methods
