Contracts Manager - £30K - East Sussex

Permanent / Hybrid role

This well-established travel business is looking for someone to join them to manage the sourcing of suppliers within a designated geographical area.

Contracts Manager - What will I be doing?

Identify and source suitable suppliers and products / services
Negotiate market leading rates or exclusive deals with key suppliers
Ensure all suppliers are recontracted as appropriate within set deadlines
Monitor performance of your geographical areas of responsibility
Ensure all suppliers adhere to robust health and safety policies and SLA's
Work with pricing & sales teams to maximise sales and profit growth

Contracts Manager - What experience do I need?

Experience working as either a junior buyer, senior purchasing executive, contracts executive or commercial role (2 years desirable)
Excellent communication, influencing and interpersonal skills
Experience of working in a busy environment, demonstrate ability to prioritise and manage time effectively
Evidence of multitasking whilst maintaining attention to detail
Ability to develop close working relationships with suppliers

Contracts Manager - what else do I need to know?
This role requires someone who is passionate about customer satisfaction and driven to create successful long-term commercial supplier relationships.

They have lovely offices on the Sussex Coast and for the first 3 months it is essential that you work fulltime from these offices - after 3 months the role will be hybrid.
