Customer Service Administrator

Telford

£23,088 per annum

Monday to Friday - 37 working hours per week

Tate continue to work in partnership with
the Phoenix Group, looking after the ReAssure Customers to identify individuals with a passion for delivering great customer service, to join their existing teams in Telford.

We have several opportunities available on a permanent, full-time basis, starting in May 2024.


Phoenix Group is the UK's largest long-term savings and retirement business with c.6000 employees in the UK who are responsible for looking after 14 million life and pension policies on behalf of their valued customers and financial advisors.


Phoenix Groupare extending their existing strategic partnership with the leading IT services provider Tata Consultancy Services (TCS). This means that over the next two years, they will be moving their customers to a new technology platform. As well as this, they will transition some roles over to TCS's UK subsidiary, Diligenta. This role is in scope of this work which means initially you will be employed by Phoenix Group and over time your role will transition to Diligenta. Tate will explain more about this during the recruitment process.

As you begin your journey as a
Customer Service Administrator, you can expect a strong induction into the
Phoenix Group with a classroom-based training period to give you a good understanding of our Life and Pensions products and how to navigate their systems.


As a Customer Service Administrator, you will be responsible for:

  • Customers often contact us during pivotal points in their lives, your role will be to take ownership of their request.
  • Providing exceptional service through engaging and professional conversations, whilst carefully managing customer expectations
