Key Responsibilities:

Support class teachers in delivering engaging and effective lessons.
Provide oneonone or group support to students with additional needs.
Assist with classroom management and maintain a positive learning environment.
Help students to develop social and emotional skills.
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and external professionals to support student progress.
Adhere to school policies and procedures effectively.

Job Requirements:

Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant or working with children is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with students, staff, and parents.
Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for supporting children's development.
Adaptability and flexibility to work collaboratively in a dynamic educational setting.
Understanding of child development and effective learning strategies.
Relevant qualifications or certifications in Education or Childcare are advantageous.

Salary:
