About the Role:

The MyBathSpa app is central to our students academic and student life, they use it for a range of reasons such as attendance through to checking the bus times.

In this role you will look at how the students currently use the app and research improvements, new features and data driven changes or updates to the current app to make it even better for users in terms of the look and feel and the features.

Working closely with staff across the university you will be working with departments to identify improvements for users.

Once identified you will be designing concepts, building and testing features or user experience before deploying to the current student/staff population through marketing campaigns, events and competitions to drive increased use.

About You:

We are looking for someone who is able to, with support, confidently learn new skills, be creative in ideas and suggestions, and develop their own well organised work load.

You will be able to listen, communicate and help students have a better experience by enabling them to get to their information or systems quickly and efficiently.
