Our Valuation Team provides a fast and efficient service and has recently secured a number of new panel appointments.

As a result Bradley Hall is now looking for an enthusiastic surveyor/ senior surveyor to join the Valuation team within the Leeds and/or Manchester office albeit with hybrid working available, and home working for the right individual.

The role is paying up to £50k + car allowance (depending on experience) as well as company benefits.

  • To undertake a variety of Loan Security and private client Valuations predominately working on a wide range of commercial assets (office, industrial, retail as well as other specialised properties and occasionally residential assets)
  • To liaise with relationship managers, brokers and panels on a regular basis.
  • In conjunction with other team members, to develop the Department's existing and prospective client relationships.
  • Attend presentations to clients when required.

Qualifications:


  • MRICS Qualified and RICS Registered Valuer
  • Highly numerate and proficient in MS Office (in particular, Excel)
  • Strong analytical and report writing skills
  • Able to demonstrate market knowledge
  • Must possess excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
